Return And Cancellation

Cancellation Policy 
You can cancel your cash on delivery or prepaid order by sending an email to zylocrushcosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. For prepaid orders, Rs 100 will be charged as a cancellation fee during the refund process. For cash on delivery orders, Rs 100 points will be deducted from your account
If an international prepaid order is canceled, you will be responsible for the 5% exchange fee on the total amount of the order and the balance will be refunded to your original account. Orders shipped from the warehouse cannot be canceled under any circumstances. In rare cases, if your order is canceled due to being out of stock for more than 30 business days, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method and an email will be sent.

An order cannot be changed once it has been placed, it can only be canceled and a new order must be placed. All order cancellation requests will only be processed by email. Please email zylocrushcosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Rejection at destination: 

If the order is rejected during shipping, the system cancels the order when it arrives at the warehouse.  For prepaid domestic orders, a refund will be made after deducting 100 rupees from the cancellation fee, the balance will be refunded within 7-10 business days and credited to the same payment method. In the case of cash on delivery, the shipping fee for the outbound and inbound trips will be calculated at the actual cost, and points will be deducted from your account. 

Return Policy 

Please contact us to start returning. If you would like to know the exchange and refund policy, please email us at zylocrushcosmetics@gmail.com.  

In case of damage or liquid leakage during transportation, please contact us by email within 24 hours after the item arrives. We will help you with the exchange or refund. If necessary, we will arrange a return when the item arrives at the warehouse and take the necessary steps within 3 business days.  Returns are permitted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item has been unopened and undamaged. After arranging the return and verifying that there is no damage or defect, we will process the refund. 

Damage due to negligence or misuse is not covered by our return policy. 

Products cannot be exchanged or returned due to allergies or skin reactions. 

Patch testing should be done whenever you introduce a new product into your routine.
